A real time continuous indicative dust monitors with logging & alarm capability. It consists of a single probe for installation in silo or duct & a control Unit / logger. This type-approved measuring devices with measuring probe for very low to medium dust concentrations. It is ideal for thick-walled or double-walled ducts because of the one-sided installation. The measurement is based on the principle of Tribo- Electric charge transfer. The electrical charge carried by dust particles is captured by a highly sensitive Tribo-Electric probe, amplified and then transmitted to the control unit. As the current generated by the charge is proportional to the concentration of particles present, an indicative signal of dust presence results.

Dew Point Meter Model is ideal for monitoring medical, commercial and industrial applications including plastics resin dryers, breathing air, pneumatic tools, instrument air, and spraying/coating applications. You can use this Dew Point Analyzer instrument continuously up to 90 hours without low battery indication. Dew Point Analyzer measures dew point analyzer by utilizing microprocessor circuitry to convert sensor signal by the use of psychometric equations. Assembled in a rugged hand held IP‐ 65 protected plastic enclosure and equipped with quick disconnect tubing couplings and an internal sensor manifold. Vasthi Model VT-90-O2, oxygen gas transmitter deficiency sensors are non-intrusive “Smart Oxy meter” sensors designed to detect and monitor O2 in air over the range of 0-25%. One of the primary features of the sensor is its method of automatic calibration which guides the user through each step via instructions displayed on the backlit LCD. The Oxygen Gas Transmitter sensor features field adjustable, fully programmable alarms and provides relays for two alarms as standard. The sensor comes with analog 4-20 mA output. Output allow for greater flexibility in system integration and installation. The Oxygen Gas Transmitter microprocessor supervised electronics are packaged as a plugin module that mates to a standard connector board. Both are housed in an explosion proof condulet that includes a glass lens window which allows for the display of sensor readings as well as access to the sensor’s menu driven features via a hand-held programming magnet of oxygen gas transmitter.
